Vertex's vertical SaaS platform needed agentic features — but rolling them out per-tenant with isolation, observability, and cost control was non-trivial.
What we built
A multi-tenant agent runtime with per-tenant prompt configs, isolated tool registries, cost budgets, and a unified observability layer. Plug-and-play modules for the top 12 customer use cases.
Results
4,200 tenants deployed, 8M+ agent runs/month, $11M ARR uplift attributable to the agentic feature line, and the engineering team kept the same headcount.
