Do you have an office in Dubai?+
No — and we'd rather say that on the first screen than the fifth call. ZentroTECH has exactly one office: Koramangala, Bangalore. We take UAE and wider-GCC work remotely from there, on a Sunday-to-Thursday cadence, with travel to Dubai only when an engagement genuinely justifies it. If your procurement process requires a UAE-licensed prime contractor, tell us early and we will refer you on rather than waste your quarter.
Can ZentroTECH handle UAE data residency requirements?+
On the infrastructure side, yes. For UAE clients with residency requirements we deploy to AWS Middle East (Bahrain or UAE), Azure UAE North, or G42 Core42, and we write UAE PDPL processing terms into the contract. We are happy to sign your DPA. We are not independently audited against PDPL — if your review needs a certified opinion, bring your auditor and we will build to their spec.
Do you work with government and semi-government entities in the UAE?+
Not as a prime contractor — UAE public-sector work generally requires a locally licensed entity, and we are an Indian proprietorship. How does ZentroTECH compare to G42, Presight, or JADA Squad?+
Different weight classes. G42 and Presight are infrastructure-scale partners — the right call for nation-scale programmes, but not built for SMB or mid-market speed. JADA Squad is a strong regional agentic-AI specialist with in-country presence we do not have. Do you support Arabic-language AI agents and content?+
Yes. We build and evaluate agents in Modern Standard Arabic and major dialects (Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine). Our evaluation harness includes Arabic-specific accuracy and tone benchmarks so you don't ship an agent that 'kind of speaks Arabic'.
Can you bill in AED and contract through a UAE entity?+
No. There is no ZentroTECH UAE entity, no UAE VAT number, and no AED invoice. We contract and invoice from India as an export of services, in INR or USD, under GSTIN 29FETPS9602L1ZC. Most UAE finance teams process this as a standard overseas supplier; if yours cannot, you should know that before you sign rather than after.
